This has been a very successful program for me! I lost 27 pounds in 60 days (from just before Halloween to just after Christmas)! I do not live near the clinic, so did the entire program remotely, which worked well for me. The team at Eastside Weight Loss Clinic has been great every step of the way! They quickly answer questions and the daily videos are informative and inspirational! A huge perk is that as I begin the maintenance phase and get into my new regular routine, I can reach out to the team at any time for information or suggestions, for life! Losing weight is always a challenge, but historically, my biggest hurdle has been keeping the weight off. I’m happy to have a plan and a helpful team in place to help me as I go forward with my new healthy lifestyle!

My experience with Eastside Weight Loss Clinic was a good one. The intake meeting was straightforward and easy. I was given all of the materials that I needed to successfully complete the reduction phase of the program. Daily weigh-ins kept me accountable, and knowing that I could contact Dr. Coogan and his team at any time if I needed to was helpful to me. I lost just under 30 pounds in the two months reduction phase. I am onto the maintenance phase now, and am confident I can keep the weight off. Dr. Coogan offers lifetime maintenance support which is not something you get with other weight loss programs. Overall I was able to lose 45 pounds or 15% of my body weight in two months. The guidance was super clear and the program was easy to follow. I love food and carbs especially, but Eastside Weight Loss clinic gave me the tools to succeed and the knowledge to understand the impact of the changes being made and the motivation to achieve my goals.

After trying several diets, I decided to give Eastside weight loss a try as a last ditch effort. I was able to follow the program with ease and success. Eastside was there the whole way. Good morning. In the summer of 2023 I had contacted Eastside weight lost clinic for an interview. After speaking to them I was clear it would be a challenge for me. They were honest with me that if I wasn’t ready to follow their plan then I would be wasting my time and money. At that time I was not convinced that I needed there help. On October 19, 2023 I hit a bottom in life. The way that I was eating and my weight were out on control. With the holidays looming only a month away I knew something needed to change. My weight was at an all time high fluctuating between 175 - 180. I am only 5’5” tall. The majority of my weight was in my belly. I was self conscious of it. My clothes did not fit comfortably. My ability to do the sports I enjoyed were affected and I was doing less and less of those activities. I called Eastside again that day and made the commitment. I was done with my way of eating and caring for myself. I wasn’t sure how I was going to do but I had to try something. The plan has worked amazingly well for me. I followed it exactly as it is laid out and the results are the proof. My weight is down over thirty pounds. I feel amazing. I had no idea I could make the changes necessary but with eastsides plan I did. It was a lot of hard work and commitment. A whole new way of discipline on what and how I eat. I am currently in the maintenance phase of the program. I again am being very disciplined in following what is suggested. At this time it appears my weight is steady at around 142 -145. I started Eastside Weightloss on November 1, I used their support to get me through the holidays. With their guidance and support I lost 30 pounds in the 60 day reduction phase, and am now only about 20 pounds from my ultimate goal weight! I went from being unhealthy and obese to sleeping better, moving more and having more energy while I made my way to an almost “normal” BMI!! I will be continuing to use their services and guidelines to continue my journey in my weight loss goals!

Eastside Weight Loss staff are awesome! They are caring and very attentive. I do better when I am being held accountable and they did this without me feeling shamed or ignorant. I felt they were with me and cheering me on the whole time! I've tried and failed many diets and I needed to re-learn healthier habits. I can confidently say this is not just a "weight loss diet", it is an educational, lifestyle changing program. The program is easy to follow, shop and prepare for. Whenever a negative thought popped in my head, the daily videos had the answers for me. They have really paid attention to the needs of their clients. My test results were climbing, so I needed to do something quickly. Yes, I have lost weight, but more importantly, I have stabilized (I have not had to increase my medications again). Also, I started to have pretty bad menopause symptoms: sweating, hot flash, body aches and ankle swelling, those have all gone away! I'm halfway to my goal weight, I feel confident I can continue these healthy changes in the future, but I'm going to stick with the EWL team and do another round after the maintenance phase.
